Michael W. Nasser

Michael Nasser was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, and graduated from Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 2009. He went on to graduate cum laude from Indiana State University in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, and earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University's Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2016.

While in law school, Michael spent a semester in the school's Disability Clinic, where he interviewed, counseled, and represented people with physical and mental disabilities in administrative appeals before the Social Security Administration — work that shaped the rest of his career.

Today, Michael focuses his practice on Social Security Disability. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Vigo County/Terre Haute City Bar Association.

Beyond the practice

When he isn't advocating on behalf of his clients, Michael enjoys being with his family and friends, traveling and attending sporting events.
