No Fee Unless We Win
We work on contingency. You pay nothing out of pocket. If we don't win, you owe us nothing.
The federal fee rules
Social Security Disability attorney fees are regulated by the SSA. Our fee is:
- 25% of your past-due benefits (the lump-sum back pay), and
- capped at $9,200 (effective November 2024), and
- only paid if we win your case.
The fee comes directly out of your back-pay award. SSA pays us — you don't write us a check.
What about expenses?
Some cases require small out-of-pocket expenses for medical records or expert reports. We discuss these up front, and they're rarely more than a few hundred dollars even in complex cases.
What if we don't win?
You owe us no attorney fee. That's our promise. We only take cases we believe in.
