How to request deletion
To request deletion of your information, email info@crossroadsdisability.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. You may also call 812-956-0888 and ask to make a data deletion request.
What to include
Please include enough information for us to identify your request, such as:
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number you used when contacting us.
- Whether your request relates to our website, Facebook, Instagram, or another social channel.
- A short statement that you want your data deleted.
What we delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete personal information we are not required to keep for legal, ethical, fraud-prevention, security, or business-record reasons. This may include information submitted through website forms, online intake tools, or social media interactions connected to Crossroads Disability.
Facebook and social media data
Crossroads Disability does not sell Facebook, Instagram, or social media user data. If you interacted with Crossroads Disability through Facebook or another social platform, you may request deletion using the contact instructions above. You can also manage or remove information directly through your Facebook, Instagram, or social media account settings.
Response timing
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before deleting records so that we do not disclose or delete information for the wrong person.
